Terms and Conditions
General: Savannah Fence & Entry Systems, Inc., warrants its fence, gate operator and entry systems installations for a period of 1 year (12 months) from the date of installation. This warranty extends to the replacement or repair of any item found to be defective due to faulty workmanship or faulty installation as determined by Savannah Fence & Entry Systems, Inc., technicians and/or a factory inspection of the part(s) in question. Warranty applies only to those items furnished new by and installed by Savannah Fence & Entry Systems, Inc. the Customer and Savannah Fence & Entry Systems, Inc., agree that the terms and conditions identified in this document shall govern exclusively the sale of materials and services by Savannah Fence & Entry Systems, Inc. the Customer and Savannah Fence & Entry Systems, Inc., further agree that the customer is responsible for the proper, as-designed use of any system installed by Savannah Fence & Entry Systems, Inc. and agree that the customer is responsible for ensuring that installed components are properly maintained during the warranty period.
Force Majeure: Savannah Fence & Entry Systems, Inc. shall not be held liable for any loss, damage or delay in delivery of materials or services due to acts of God or causes beyond its reasonable control including acts of the Customer, malicious mischief, accidents, unauthorized tampering, misuse, abuse, neglect, acts of civil or military authority, strikes, fires, floods, economic or ecological catastrophe, pollution, lighting, power supply problems, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, war, riots, delays in transportation, transportation embargoes, or inability due to causes beyond its reasonable control. Under no circumstances shall Savannah Fence & Entry Systems, Inc., be liable for consequential damages.
Notes:
- The warranty of part(s) is at the sole discretion of the part's manufacturer. Manufacturers' warranty on defective parts includes the shipment of parts by ground UPS. If a faster method of shipment is desired, the Customer will be responsible for the added shipping costs. Customer may be responsible for labor and/or shipping on repairs, callouts or overtime charges in relation to any warranty item repair or callout as determined on an individual basis by Savannah Fence & Entry Systems, Inc.
- If an item is found to be inoperative or damaged because of reasons other than faulty workmanship or faulty installation by Savannah Fence & Entry Systems, Inc., as determined by Savannah Fence & Entry Systems, Inc., technicians and/or as determined by factory inspection of the part(s) in question, or if the item is found to have been damaged by the Customer misuse, malicious mischief, accidents, unauthorized tampering, misuse, abuse, neglect, acts of civil or military authority, strikes, fires, floods, lighting, power supply problems, war, riots, civil disobedience, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Savannah Fence & Entry Systems, Inc., the Customer shall be responsible for all of the costs incurred in the repair or replacement of the equipment including but not limited to parts, labor, shipping, overtime costs, nuisance callouts and security concerns.
- If an item is found to be inoperative or damaged because of a malfunction or improper installation of an auxiliary gate operator control device or input device as determined by Savannah Fence & Entry Systems, Inc., technicians and/or as determined by factory inspection of the part(s) in question, the Customer shall be responsible for all the costs incurred in the repair or replacement of the equipment installed by Savannah Fence & Entry Systems, Inc., including but not limited to parts, labor, shipping, overtime costs, nuisance callouts and security concerns.
Our Terms: Total Payment for services performed is due upon receipt of invoice unless other arrangements have been made in writing prior to our beginning work. YOU must call before we dig. Utilities marked for free when you call 1-800-282-7411.
